ATOM Partner Training

Your team delivers
with confidence.

Stem cell training built for clinics, med spas & IV shops.

ATOM provides comprehensive, role-based training covering everything your team needs to successfully offer stem cell services — from patient selection and consultation scripts to administration protocols, compliance, and adverse-reaction handling.

Why Training Matters

Product without knowledge
is just inventory.

Most clinics that fail with stem cells don't fail because of bad product. They fail because their team isn't trained to select the right patients, handle the consultation, and administer the protocol with confidence. ATOM training closes every one of those gaps before your first appointment.

  • Train every role — front desk, MA, provider, owner
  • Patient selection, contraindications & expectation-setting
  • IV, injection & nasal spray administration protocols
  • Compliance, documentation & informed consent
  • Aftercare instructions & adverse reaction protocols
  • Consultation & closing scripts that convert

Frequently Asked

Training program
questions.

Common questions from clinic owners and providers evaluating the ATOM partner training program.

How long does the training program take?

The full ATOM training curriculum runs roughly 8–12 hours of content split across eight modules. Most clinics complete onboarding within their first one to two weeks. Live virtual sessions are scheduled around your clinic hours; on-demand modules can be completed at any pace.

Who on my team should be trained?

Different roles get different modules. Providers complete the full clinical curriculum (patient selection, administration, compliance, adverse reactions). Front-desk and MA staff focus on intake, GHL CRM, consultation flow, and aftercare. Owners typically review every module to oversee the whole operation.

Is the training included with the ATOM partner program?

Yes. Training is included for every ATOM partner clinic. There is no per-seat fee, no certification fee, and no charge for onboarding new staff members later. The curriculum is part of the partner relationship.

Can new team members access training after we onboard?

Yes. The on-demand video library is available indefinitely while you remain a partner. New hires can be onboarded the same week they start — they get the same curriculum your founding team did.

What happens if our team has clinical questions later?

You get direct access to the ATOM clinical and operations teams. Protocol questions, patient-case questions, GHL workflow questions — there's a real human on the other end, not a help-desk ticket queue.

Does the training cover the nasal spray protocol?

Yes. The administration protocols module covers IV stem cell therapy, joint and tissue injections, and the ATOM nasal spray administration protocol — including indications, technique, and aftercare specific to each route.

How are adverse reactions handled in the curriculum?

An entire module is dedicated to recognition, documentation, and escalation of adverse reactions. Your team learns how to identify early warning signs, what to document, when to escalate, and how to report — protecting both the patient and the clinic.

Is there any kind of certification at the end?

ATOM issues a partner training completion record for each team member who completes the curriculum. This is not a state license or medical board certification — it's an internal record documenting that your team has been trained on ATOM protocols and procedures.
