This page applies to atomstemcells.com and to all marketing, sales, and partner materials distributed by ATOM Stem Cells ("ATOM," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it in full before using this site or ordering any ATOM product. If anything here conflicts with a signed partner agreement between you and ATOM, the signed agreement controls.
This website and everything on it is directed to licensed healthcare providers — not to consumers or patients. ATOM supplies human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) to licensed clinics and providers for provider-directed use. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or marketing directed toward, the general public.
If you are a patient or prospective patient, this site is not written for you and should not be used to make a treatment decision. Speak with a licensed healthcare provider in your area who can evaluate your specific situation.
The information on this website is provided for general, educational, and informational purposes for healthcare professionals only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for a provider's independent clinical judgment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship between ATOM and any visitor to this site, patient, or provider.
ATOM does not practice medicine, does not treat patients, and does not recommend any specific treatment, protocol, dosage, or route of administration for any individual. Any clinical decision involving an ATOM product is made solely by the treating, licensed healthcare provider, based on that provider's own training, judgment, and examination of the patient.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ATOM products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
ATOM products are human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) regulated under 21 CFR Part 1271. ATOM products are not FDA-approved and are not FDA-cleared. References on this site to an "FDA-registered facility" or to "cGMP-compliant" processing describe facility registration and manufacturing-practice standards only — they do not mean, state, or imply that any product has been approved, cleared, or endorsed by the FDA.
Determining a product's specific regulatory classification, and confirming that a given clinical use is permitted under that classification and under applicable federal, state, and local law, is the sole responsibility of the ordering healthcare provider, in consultation with the provider's own qualified counsel. ATOM does not represent, and nothing on this website should be read to represent, that any product qualifies for a particular regulatory exemption or pathway. Regulatory requirements in this area are fact-specific, vary by state, and are subject to change; providers should not rely on marketing copy — ATOM's or any competitor's — in place of their own legal and regulatory review.
Regenerative medicine, including the use of mesenchymal stem cell products and acellular secretome/exosome products, is an emerging and evolving area of research. ATOM makes no representation or warranty that any product will produce any particular clinical result, and guarantees no clinical outcome of any kind.
Any description of a product's characteristics (for example, cellular content, viability, or composition) reflects that specific lot's measured, per-lot Certificate of Analysis results at the time of release — not a guarantee of performance for any individual vial, patient, or use. Outcomes can depend on the condition being addressed, the patient's health history, the protocol selected by the treating provider, handling and storage after delivery, and individual biological variation, among other factors outside ATOM's control.
Any testimonial, case example, or outcome described in ATOM marketing materials — including materials provided to partner clinics for patient-facing use — reflects an individual experience and is not necessarily representative of results any other patient, provider, or clinic should expect.
ATOM Stem Cells is a marketing and distribution company. ATOM does not manufacture, process, or test the products it distributes. Products are manufactured and processed under cGMP-compliant conditions by Regenerative Medicine Laboratory Solutions (RMLS Labs), an FDA-registered facility located in Madison, WI (FEI #3010691002).
Every lot is released only after independent third-party testing, and a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every shipment, reflecting that lot's actual measured results. ATOM does not warrant the acts or omissions of RMLS Labs or of any independent testing laboratory, and ATOM's role is limited to marketing, sale, and distribution of the finished, released product to licensed providers.
ATOM supplies products and general product-handling education to licensed healthcare providers. By ordering from ATOM, the ordering provider — not ATOM — is solely responsible for:
ATOM's product-handling education (video library, storage/handling guidance, and partner support) is provided for informational purposes and does not substitute for the provider's own clinical training, protocols, or judgment.
Regenerative medicine is a rapidly evolving field, and the regulatory landscape governing HCT/Ps continues to develop. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as ATOM's endorsement or approval of any specific clinical application, indication, or "off-label" use. A provider who chooses to use an ATOM product for a particular indication does so based on the provider's own independent professional judgment and is solely responsible for that decision and its consequences.
If you become aware of a suspected adverse reaction, complication, or other safety issue associated with an ATOM product, please report it to ATOM immediately using the contact information below, including the product name, lot number, and date of administration if available. Healthcare providers and consumers may also report adverse events involving HCT/Ps directly to the FDA's MedWatch program at www.fda.gov/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088. Prompt reporting helps protect patients and supports ongoing product safety monitoring.
ATOM products are sold only to licensed healthcare providers for provider-directed clinical use within that provider's own practice. Unless ATOM has agreed to it in writing, purchasers may not resell, relabel, repackage, redistribute, or transfer any ATOM product to any other clinic, provider, distributor, or party, and may not use any ATOM product outside a licensed clinical setting. Diversion of HCT/Ps outside authorized channels can violate federal and state law independent of any ATOM policy, and any such use is undertaken solely at the purchaser's own risk and outside the scope of any relationship with ATOM.
ATOM's partner program includes marketing support, training materials, and, where applicable, information about how other clinics have used ATOM's products or programs. Any revenue figure, patient volume, growth rate, or other business result referenced on this site or in partner materials reflects the specific practice described, achieved under that practice's own particular circumstances. It is not typical, is not guaranteed, and is not a promise of similar results for any other clinic. A clinic's business results depend on factors entirely outside ATOM's control, including location, existing patient base, staffing, marketing execution, competition, pricing, and local market conditions.
Nothing on this site, and nothing an ATOM representative says in a call, email, chat, or partner conversation, constitutes legal, financial, tax, reimbursement, insurance-billing, or medical-coding advice. Questions about a clinic's own regulatory exposure, entity structure, billing codes, insurance coverage, or tax treatment should be directed to the provider's own qualified attorney, accountant, or billing consultant.

No license to use any ATOM name, mark, or content is granted except as expressly permitted in writing (for example, under a partner agreement authorizing use of specific co-branded materials). All other trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While ATOM works to keep product specifications, pricing references, and general information current, ATOM makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or availability of the information, products, or services on this site. Product specifications, availability, and program terms are subject to change without notice, and the specific documentation (such as a current Certificate of Analysis) that ships with an order controls over any general description on this website.
This site may link to third-party websites or resources, including partner tools, payment processors, or educational content, for convenience only. ATOM does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any linked third-party site, and including a link does not imply ATOM's endorsement of that site or its operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATOM, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost patients, or business interruption — arising out of or related to this website, any ATOM product, or any partner relationship, even if ATOM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain damages, ATOM's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by that law, and in no event will exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability where doing so is not permitted by law, including liability for a party's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, to the extent such limitation is prohibited.
Each healthcare provider or clinic that orders ATOM products agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATOM and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the provider's clinical use, administration, marketing, or promotion of any ATOM product; (b) the provider's failure to obtain proper informed consent or to comply with applicable law, licensing requirements, or professional standards; (c) any representation the provider makes to a patient that goes beyond ATOM's own published, cleared claims; or (d) any resale, relabeling, or unauthorized distribution of an ATOM product by the provider or its personnel.
Any provider or clinic that purchases and uses ATOM products does so with an understanding that regenerative medicine is an emerging field, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that clinical use of any HCT/P carries inherent risk. That provider assumes the risks associated with their own clinical decisions regarding ATOM products, to the same extent the provider would assume such risk when using any other biologic product in their practice.
These disclaimers, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or from your purchase of ATOM products (absent a separate signed agreement stating otherwise), are governed by the laws of [state of incorporation / principal place of business to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [county/state to be confirmed]. A signed partner or purchase agreement between ATOM and a provider may specify different governing-law or dispute-resolution terms, which will control for that relationship.
If any provision of these disclaimers is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These disclaimers, together with ATOM's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and any signed partner agreement, represent the entire understanding between you and ATOM regarding their subject matter, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations on the same subject not contained in a signed agreement.
ATOM may update these disclaimers at any time to reflect changes in our products, our regulatory understanding, or applicable law. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this website, or continued ordering of ATOM products, after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimers.
