- Every cell vial ships with a complimentary ATOM™ X. They're combined in the syringe at point of use — the ATOM™ X is not a separate add-on you have to order.
- IV infusion? Use ATOM™ IV — or step up to ATOM SSEC™ for your flagship tier.
- Joint or tissue injection? Use ATOM™ Injection — or ATOM SSEC™ for the flagship tier. See Module 7 for prep.
- ATOM SSEC™ is your flagship — our proprietary Stress-Selected Enduring Cell line, screened for survival and function under physiological stress. Works for IV or injection.
- ATOM™ X is acellular — the bioactive output without the cells. The most versatile product in the line: use it for IV infusion, injection, microneedling, topical, or as a maintenance step alongside the others.
- Maximum 4 cell vials per patient per day. That's 8 vials total with the paired ATOM™ X. It's a ceiling, not a target.
- Quantity is a clinical decision made by the treating provider. When in doubt, contact your ATOM support team before treating a patient.
Before you treat your first patient, watch what the product actually looks like after thaw. This is the reason the 5-minute rule exists — and the reason we never use heat, never shake, and never re-freeze.
- The clock starts at thaw — not before. Everything that can be done unhurried gets done while the vial is still frozen.
- Thaw naturally at room temperature (~5 min). No warm water, no heat block, no vigorous shaking.
- Single thaw, single use. Never re-freeze and never hold a thawed vial for a later case.
- Every lot is independently tested and ships with its own Certificate of Analysis — see the COA section below.

- Place orders by 5:00 PM ET to ship the next business day. Anything after 5 PM ET Friday ships the following Monday.
- Not sure how many vials a case consumes? Check the Product Configuration & Ordering Reference in Module 1.
- If you have an urgent case, text your ATOM rep directly — we'll do what we can to make it work.
- If you have any issue with an order, reach out to your ATOM support contact right away — don't wait.
Proper storage is everything. Watch the video, then review the key points below.
- You have two good options: a liquid nitrogen tank (refills cost under $100 every 45–60 days) or a -86°C freezer like the one linked above — plug-in and simple, with no refills to manage.
- If you're using a nitrogen tank: use the included screw and washer to secure containers inside, or they'll float and become hard to retrieve. Replace the foam lid first, then the outer lid — leaving either off causes the nitrogen to evaporate much faster.
- If the cold chain is ever in doubt — quarantine the vial and contact ATOM. Do not administer.

- Familiarize yourself with every item in the kit before your first treatment.
- If anything is missing or damaged on arrival, contact ATOM immediately.
- Keep your kit organized and restocked after each treatment so you're always ready.
This is the core treatment. Watch the full video before performing your first IV on a patient, and keep the ATOM IV Protocol open alongside it.
- Follow the protocol exactly as shown — do not improvise on your first few treatments.
- Most treatments are completed in under 60 minutes in-office.
- Record the lot number, product and volume in the chart and file the COA with the patient record.
- If you have any clinical questions before your first patient, call your ATOM trainer directly.
This video covers how to properly prepare your injection — combining your ATOM™ Injection (or ATOM SSEC™) with ATOM™ X using aseptic technique — for any targeted injection treatment. Watch this before the site-specific modules below.
- Prep the site first, then thaw. Thaw naturally at room temperature (~5 min) — never apply heat or shake. Gently swirl or invert to combine.
- Do not pre-mix in advance. Prepare fresh for each patient and get the product into the body within 5 minutes of thaw.
- Never mix with lidocaine or any anesthetic — it denatures the biologic. Any anesthetic is a separate syringe and a separate needle.
- The same preparation applies to both ATOM™ Injection and ATOM SSEC™.
- If you have any questions about preparation, contact ATOM before treating a patient.

- Verify the lot against the COA first. Confirm patient, site and laterality before anything else.
- Prepare the injection fresh for each patient — refer back to Module 7 if needed.
- Identify anatomical landmarks before injection and confirm intra-articular placement before you deliver.
- Maintain sterile technique throughout, and inject slowly — firm resistance means stop and reposition.
- Advise patients to limit weight-bearing activity for the first 24–48 hours after injection.
Step-by-step walkthrough of the back injection. Spinal administration is restricted to providers already credentialed for the specific procedure at the specific level — read the qualification requirement on page 2 of the protocol before you proceed.
- Confirm the procedure is within your credentialing and scope of practice at that level before anything else. Cervical is a restricted tier.
- Prepare the injection fresh for each patient — refer back to Module 7 if needed.
- Never mix with anesthetic or contrast — those are separate syringes.
- Re-confirm needle position under guidance immediately before delivering.
- Stop immediately on new radicular pain, paresthesia or motor change.
- Document level, laterality, lot numbers and guidance modality in the patient chart, and provide aftercare instructions before the patient leaves.

Every ATOM lot ships with its own Certificate of Analysis. Here's each product with its image and COA — pull what you need for your records or your patients. Always verify the lot number on the COA against your vial before administration.
- Verify before every administration. Match the lot number and expiration on the COA to the vial in your hand.
- If the lot doesn't match — stop. Quarantine the vial and contact your ATOM partner representative. Do not administer.
- Keep the COA on file with the patient chart — it's your per-lot quality record.
- A COA is included with every shipment; these are reference copies for the current lots.
